In De Kringwinkel Antwerpen, where I worked as Communications Manager, we turned ‘lean’. We redesigned the organization to work ‘lean and agile’. This was under the supervision of (then not yet) retired professor Luc Chalmet. A very nice and competent man -our ‘lean sensei’. He wrote a book ‘Wij zijn Toyota Niet’; about his experiences with L&A and needed someone to rework all the graphics and interpret some quotes. I was happy to accept his assignment.
